Born and raised in Woodinville, WA, Molly Haines brings both local roots and national reach to her real estate practice.

With over a decade of experience and a business built on relationships and results, she leads one of the region’s top-performing teams, serving clients across King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties. Molly’s expertise spans divorce real estate, investment properties, luxury listings, equestrian estates, and senior transitions. She’s known for helping clients navigate major life changes; whether selling during a divorce, downsizing in retirement, or relocating out of Washington, with strategy, grace, and exceptional care.

To further support clients and attorneys in family law matters, Molly is also a member of the American Bar Association, strengthening her connection to the legal community and staying informed on evolving legal frameworks surrounding real estate. She holds multiple industry designations, including Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), and Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), and is consistently ranked in the top 1% of brokers statewide.
